Registration Information
The 69th IEEE International Midwest Symposium on Circuits and Systems will be held August 9–12, 2026 at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza in Cincinnati, Ohio.

- * Life member registration: IEEE must recognize you as a Life member.
- ** Student and VIP registration will be available from 6/24.
- IMPORTANT: If you are a Life member or Student member, and must upload a paper, then you have to register in full registration categories.
- Cost per paper for extra paper upload: $200 (up to 2), extra paper uploads not permitted for reduced/student registrations.
- Banquet ticket cost for guests: $110.
Registration Policy
All accepted papers must be associated with a full registration, including CASS Member, IEEE Member, or Nonmember registration.
- Each full registration supports publication of up to TWO papers.
- Additional papers may be added to a single full registration for an additional fee of $150 per paper.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered at the full rate by the June 30, 2026 deadline.
- All registrations, including student registrations, include access to the conference banquet on Tuesday, August 11, 2026.
- Additional banquet tickets may be available for purchase during registration or on site, subject to availability.
Attendance Policy
Each accepted paper must be presented in person at the conference by one of the paper’s authors.
If an author is unable to attend due to visa restrictions, travel limitations, or timing issues, please contact the MWSCAS 2026 committee through the General Inquiries contact pathway on the conference website. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Important: Papers that are not presented may be excluded from publication in the IEEE proceedings.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, please submit a cancellation request through the MWSCAS 2026 General Inquiries contact pathway.
Reimbursement will be based on when the cancellation request is received, according to the schedule posted in the registration system.
Please note: cancellations of registrations linked to an accepted paper may result in the paper being withdrawn from the conference and may prevent publication in the IEEE proceedings.
Visa Applications
To support U.S. travel visa applications, authors may download a personalized acceptance letter from the PaperCept submission site.
To download the letter, log in to PaperCept as an author. Do not log in as a reviewer or in any other role. Under the Options column, select “Choose an option,” then download the customized acceptance letter listing the paper or papers for which you are an author.
